What's that they say about 'the best-laid plans'? Watersong's first Old-Fashioned Spring Picnic was unfortunately rained out, but the event has been re-scheduled to correspond with the community's Mother's Day celebrations. Plans originally called for an old-fashioned carnival theme, with a brunch and afternoon festivities for those in attendance.
